Cookies
Cookie policy.
Effective May 23, 2026
Peek uses a small set of cookies and similar browser-storage technologies. No advertising cookies, no behavioral tracking, no third-party data brokers.
1 · What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to remember information between visits. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) work the same way. This policy covers all of them collectively as "cookies".
2 · What we use
Strictly necessary. A session cookie keeps you logged in. A CSRF cookie protects forms (contact, sign-up) from cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled — without them, core features of the site don't work.
Functional. A small preference cookie remembers, e.g., which page you last visited so the back button works correctly. No personal data is stored beyond local UI state.
Analytics. Privacy-respecting, server-side analytics that record aggregate page traffic. We do not assign you a unique identifier for analytics, do not cross-correlate sessions, and do not share analytics data with third-party platforms.
3 · What we don't use
- No third-party advertising cookies.
- No tracking pixels from Facebook, Google, or other ad networks.
- No behavioral re-targeting.
- No social-media share-buttons that load remote scripts (we use static links).
- No data sold to brokers.
4 · How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Most browsers also have a "Do Not Track" signal — we honor it for analytics. Strictly-necessary cookies are required for login and form submission, so blocking those will prevent you from using parts of the site.
For mobile-app cookie/storage management, see the privacy controls in your phone's OS settings.
5 · Changes
If we add or change cookies, this page will be updated. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email.
